There are two levels of Standard cover to choose from:

• Malicious Damage, Riot and Theft up to £2,500
• Impact, Storm, Flood, Escape of Water

Our Enhanced cover will include:

• Fire, Lightning, Earthquake, Explosion, Aircraft, Subsidence, Riot, Malicious Damage, Impact, Storm, Flood, Escape of Water and Theft
• Water freezing in any tank, apparatus or pipe or fixed heating installation up to £2,500
• Accidental Escape of Water from automatic sprinkler installations

• Private Dwellings converted into flats
• Purpose Build Flats (Maximum block of 10)
• Building Sum Insured of up to £1,000,000 (£2,000,000 upon referral)
• Year of Build 1850+
• Length of Unoccupancy up to 3 years
• 100% Flat Roofs
• Unoccupied pending Let and Sale
• Unoccupied pending Renovation (upon referral)
• Grade II and II* Listed Buildings
