Alistair is our Group Chief Executive, he leads the vision and strategy for Policyfast. Alistair has spent 35 years in the insurance sector, with a wealth of experience in personal and commercial lines activities, from both the manufacturer and distributor perspective.
Simon joined Policyfast in April 2019 as Wholesale Managing Director with specific responsibility for Policyfast and City Underwriters. Simon is passionate about delivering high quality solutions to brokers for their commercial and personal clients. With 30 years experience in the industry, at insurers, MGA’s and brokers, he is well placed to understand and meet the challenge and is always keen to get feedback on how we can continue to improve our services to brokers.
Steve has over 30 years’ experience in development and underwriting roles for leading insurers. He has been integral to Policyfast since its inception in 2005 and managed Policyfast’s product development when he was our Associate Commercial Director. Today, as Policyfast’s Managing Director, Steve not only continues to refine our policy offering but also oversees a programme of continual service improvement to our community of busy brokers.
Kevan joined the Wholesale team with responsibility for Sales and Distribution for Policyfast and City Underwriters where he will be leading the business development, broker distribution and marketing activities. He has vast experience in working with UK brokers across the general insurance sector and always keen to hear how we can continue to improve on what we deliver. Kevan believes building better, stronger relationships with our brokers is paramount to success.
Steve is Policyfast’s Head of Business Development. Steve has a talent for developing strong working relationships with his brokers, relationships built on trust, communication and excellent service.
Steve worked as Head of Acquisitions at another large insurance brokers before leaving to join Policyfast in 2009.
Outside of work Steve is equally goal-focused: supporting a growing young family of 3 and coaching his young sons’ football teams keeps him busy, and he finds time to play six-a-side football - even though everything now hurts.

Lyndsey is our Business Development Manager for the South West, South Wales, West Scotland and Northern Ireland. Lyndsey joined in March 2022 bringing 22 years of Insurance experience, working in senior roles in both Wholesale and Underwriting where she managed over 700 brokers.
Her enthusiasm, attention to detail and pro-active approach have made her incredibly popular with her brokers, who benefit from a confident people person with a can-do attitude.
Living in leafy Gloucestershire, Lyndsey enjoys holidays with her partner, going to the gym, eating out and spending time with her wide circle of friends.

Emma is Policyfast's Business Development Manager for North London, Home Counties, East Midlands, East Anglia and Oxfordshire.
She has been in the Policyfast team for over 9 years gaining experience across several different departments. In this time she has gained her Cert CII qualification and has a wealth of Policyfast product knowledge.
When not visiting brokers Emma spends time with family and friends, often out on long dog walks (with plenty of refreshment pit stops on the way!) or cooking at home.

Rachel is Policyfast's Business Development Manager for the Midlands, North Wales, East Scotland and North.
Joining the team in November 2019 and having covered most of the area for the last 8 years, she is well known to her panel brokers. She prides herself in building strong relationships and her tenacity to provide the best possible service shines through in everything she does.
Rachel is based in Stafford and spends most of her leisure time entertaining friends and family with her wine merchant husband. They have 3 sons and a shiny new granddaughter born in August 2019.

Joining in May 2020, Mike has a can do attitude, and thrives on helping brokers with the challenges they face.
With over 35 years of experience in both Broking and business-to-business arena's, Mike prides himself on building strong relationships with Brokers.
When not working hard for his brokers, Mike lives in Nottingham and enjoys world travel (which he has done extensively) to learn about other cultures, gardening to relax, cooking to try out different cuisines and is a big Arsenal fan, which he says is a labour of love these days!
